The in-person program meets on the 2nd and 4th Mondays for 19 weeks, totaling 9 sessions. The virtual program meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays for 19 weeks, totaling 9 sessions.The program dates are August 3 through December 16, 2026.

The workbook provides teaching and reflection, while the app supports assessments, progress tracking, weekly assignments, and accountability between sessions.

We follow a flipped learning model using Google Classroom —participants engage teaching and soul-renewing exercises during the week, then gather live in small groups (5–6 people) for testimony, discussion, coaching, prayer, and case application.
